I didn’t have time to post this morning because of an early conference call, boo work. And I also didn’t have time for my salad for breakfast. Instead, I had a fried egg and a piece of toast with butter. I was starving by noon, and hungry again at 3:30. It’s amazing how much a salad will fill you up (if you have the right protein, of course). Tomorrow I’ll be back at salad eating, that’s for sure!

I tried out my new shoes this morning and omigodtheyareamazing. My IT Band was a bit tight when I started out running, but didn’t get anymore tight during the run. I only had time for 3 1/2 miles, and when I was done running, my IT Band didn’t keep hurting. Throughout the day, it didn’t hurt! No pain! No pain! No pain!

Have I finally found a fix?

Don’t get me wrong, I still need to work on my hip muscles. But I am so optimistic that my IT Band is on the mend and I can finally get back to normal training for the Boston Marathon. After all, time is a-tickin’! And, I’m sure that you are all over hearing about my IT Band blah blah blah it hurts blah blah blah blah.

Right?
