But all that matters is I finished and I had fun! 4:16… Definitely not my best. Full recap soon! Now it’s time to celebrate!
Congratulations! My Texas friendswho ran today allfinished 30 min to an hour slower than normal. Today was all about finishing. Awesome job!
Thanks! I wonder if I saw them… they didn't happen to be wearing shorts with the Texas running flag?
A lot of them were wearing white tanks with WRRC on the front and RUN FREE on the back. Not sure about the shorts, but it wouldn't surprise me if they wore the Texas flag, too!
Hmmm I don't think I saw those tanks, but I actually loved the Texas flag shorts. We are most likely headed that way in a few years and I think I'll have to get myself some!
Yay! Congratulations. Wear the jacket and medal with pride!!!
Thank you… and for sure!
BRILLIANT – congratulations! Fabulous time too!
Thanks a bunch!
Oh crap, you look so cute. Love, love, love those jackets. Congrats on finishing a race in super tough conditions!
Thanks! Those jackets are well worth the run, even in the heat — haha!
Congrats! I can't wait to hear more about it once you get some rest.
Thanks! I'm beat so it might be a few days.
The fact that you are smiling says that you are total badass!! Congrats!!
You look beautiful !! Congrats on the race! I was thinking about you all day !!!
Thanks! We'll have to go out for a celebratory drink!
Well done! 4:16 is very respectable especially with the heat.
Hope the aches are bearable today!
Thanks… and all I can say is compression gear does wonders!
YAY!!! That's just around the time I finished in 2010 and it wasn't even hot that year. AWESOME job!! Soak it up (and wear your jacket everwhere!)
Thanks!! I love that jacket!
Congrats! I'm just hoping to come in under 4:20 (it's my first) so I'd be happy with your time any day!
Thanks! You can definitely do it! What marathon are you running?
Congrats on the finish! Can't wait to read your race recap!
Congrats! I ran a 4:33 – my 4th slowest marathon ever! BUT, I had a blast!
That's the most important part! I'd be surprised if anyone PRed.
