I am SO excited to host Crazy Running Girl’s first giveaway everrr!! As I mentioned last week, I have been selected to be a Sweat Pink Ambassador. So excited to be part of this amazing group of woman! Here is what it means to be a Sweat Pink Ambassador:
Sweat Pink Ambassadors live the Fit Approach mission every day: they sweat hard, play hard, and inspire those around them to achieve their best selves.
Love it! I was excited to wear my Sweat Pink tank around town in Boston this weekend.
And I even got a few compliments for my hot pink shoelaces during the race.

My favourite is hot yoga – it's ridiculous how much harder all the moves are when the temperature rises that much, and coming out of the class afterwards is so refreshing

Running and hiking are my 2 faves. I run much more often than hiking since I live in Seattle and only hike the summer months for the most part.
I loooove to sweat! I mostly run to get sweaty but throw in abs and kettlebells sometimes to work my core. I have two marathons and a 5k in the next 9 days…there will be a lot of sweating going on!
