CRAFTING THE DAY AWAY

I decided that my fingers needed a break from the glue. Considering my nails are now covered in Elmer’s goo, it is a well-needed break.
I am in the midst of working on our wedding invitations… and like usual, I had to make it much more complicated than needed. Once, finished I’ll post a final view but this morning started with spraying starfish with some Coco Loco.

And then I spent nearly two hours creating bands from ribbon to go on the outside…
and that's just the first layer...
It’ll be totally worth it in the end. We put together a mock up last night and I love how they turned out! I just hope our guests agree.
If the weather holds up, I think running will be a good reward for later this afternoon… cross your fingers that I can at least start addressing the envelopes boxes today.
