FRIDAY RANDOMNESS

I can’t believe it’s already Friday! But no complaints here… I’m going back to work today after working from home for most of the week. Mostly I’m going back just so I can have lunch with Ashley and Kara. Let’s be honest, if that wasn’t happening, I probably would be setting up shop on my couch again.

The RWRunStreak is still alive! I did a mile again this morning and hope to get back to my normal mileage next week. I sidelined the Core Challenge for the week but will be back at it on Monday. And, today was supposed to be the last day for the Burpee Challenge, but I missed the past three days. I think I’ll do some make-up work starting on Monday as well. I’m only three away from my goal of 50!

Gmail has a pretty good spam filter, but sometimes random emails get through that make me laugh. Like this one.

Why yes, John, I would love to help you distribute your millions of dollars. Let me email you back my bank account details so you can do it even more efficiently… which reminds me of another crazy dream I had last night, that someone stole my wallet. I hope that one doesn’t come true.

Yesterday I was watching old episodes of Friends and I’m not sure about you, but this show NEVER gets old for me. I can watch the episodes over and over again and seriously laugh every time. I popped in the first disk of season 5, which is after Ross says Rachel’s name at the altar and Monica and Chandler are keeping their secret London relationship together.

Speaking of shows, we also watched the season finale of Grey’s last night and I must say that it wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be. I was expected this huge dramatic scene when …. dies (in case anyone hasn’t watched it!), but it was just kind of meh. It will be interesting to see where they take it next year.

  • I agree that the Grey's finale didn't quite live up to my expectations. My husband guessed early on that ____ was going to be the character killed off, and neither of us were too upset about it.

Yeah I know what you mean… I thought I was going to be bawling and even told C before it started that I was probably going to cry. Haha. I cried more in the Desperate Housewives finale. Haha.

  • I felt the same way about the Greys Finale, I don't like the way they did it and I will miss the character! Woo hoo! For keeping with the #RWRunStreak, my run last night was one of those "ugh is this over yet" then half way through "yea, let's keep it going!" So happy it's Friday!

Love Friends! I completely agree with you – my fiance was on his bachelor party last weekend and I watched Friends for 2 days straight. AMAZING.
Grey's finale was a bummer. That was my favorite character because I liked her storyline. We'll see what happens when they start up season 9!

Awww we weren't even able to have lunch! Boo. By the way, I totally hadn't read this before I posted the Friends thing in my blog today! Again, we are the same!! haha

  • I'm glad I found your blog girl. I was such a big friends fan in high school personally. I cannot believe how fast the week went by. Oh my stars-I'm traveling for a wedding so this weekend is going go by super quick I think too.
