One of our super awesome sponsors for Ragnar, PRO Compression, wants to hook one of my readers up with a free pair of their socks! Yep, how amazing are they?!
These socks are phenomenal. I have a pair and they are so comfortable. I love the variety of colors that they are available in — right now, they even have NEON YELLOW! I love neon colors and always have. In fact, my bedroom growing up was painted lime green!

What is your next race and why are you running it?
Me first! My next run is the Battle of Brooklyn 10 miler. I signed up for it to challenge myself as part of Ragnar training and well, because I feel like if there’s a race in Prospect Park and I’m not participating in it for no good reason, I cannot talk about how much I love the park.

I am running the Wounded Warrior Half Marathon in Pt. Mugu CA. on September 15. I am running this because, my family is active duty military and many of our friends have been wounded on the job… there lives are never the same, they need help and many are too proud to ask, so this race raises money for programs that help them, I would LOVE to wear the "Marathon USA" socks. How appropriate, yes?

Oh, and my next race is the Marine Corp Marathon. I am excited, but also really nervous because I pulled my hamstring so my training isn't going as planned.
My next race is the Air Force Marathon. I have wanted to do this one for a few years so I decided it was time to do it, I am joining this race with the Army 10 miler and the Marine Corp marathon this fall also. I will need to live in compression starting soon.

My next race is an 80s Retro Run in Denver. I am running it because one of my running clubs picked it as an official club event.

So excited! I've wanted a pair of these for FOREVER. My next race is the Atlanta 20K Relay on Sept 1. I'm running it because it seemed different and a little out of the norm for me — and it's a mini practice for Ragnar at the end of September!

My next race is a relay in the Maine Marathon. Three of us are doing the relay to run alongside and support our friend who is going to be running her first full marathon!
I am running the Marine Corps Marathon. It's my first marathon and I belong to a very strong military family!

I'm running the Gulf Coast Half Marathon in October in Mandeville, Louisiana. I like to run it because it is close to my house and relatively inexpensive.
I am running the Gulf Coast Half Marathon in Mandeville, LA in October. It's a race that is close to home, relatively cheap and a nice route. It's the second year I will have run it and I hope to improve my time.
I'm running the RnR Providence half marathon this weekend for the second time. I had such a blast last year running it in the rain, I thought I would go back and hope for a sunny weather day

The next race I'm signed up for (so far) is not until October. It's a memorial 5K for my husbands friend who passed away unexpectedly last month. He was a runner on the track/XC team with my husband. His brother, my husband, and some friends started the memorial fund and the race to offer a high school student a scholarship in his name. Their hoping to make it an annual event!

SUPER excited about this giveaway because I have really wanted a pair of these and just haven't had the money to purchase them! My next race is the Parks Half Marathon from Rockville to Bethesda, MD in a little over 3 weeks! I'm REALLY excited for this race since it'll be a training race for our next marathon and it'll be my first race mostly on trails! There's also a big party in downtown Bethesda at the finish line with some of my favorite restaurants serving up food! It's been too long since I toed the start line of a race and I cannot wait!
