Last night we went to the Avicii concert at Radio City. It was pretty amazing and that’s not even my favorite type of music (I listen to Lil’ Wayne religiously, and speaking of which, it’s his birthday today!). Although, at risk of sounding like a complete old lady, I don’t understand why people have to be such jerks — someone threw GUM at me and luckily I was wearing a hat (which I’ve since fixed, phew) otherwise it would have landed right on the top of my head. Like why do you have to be such a jerk and do something like that? That’s just plain rude, nothing funny about it.
Today we leave for Ragnar! I’m not even sure how this is possible since it seems like we have been planning for the day FOREVER. But I am excited. Minus the whole lugging 4 bags on the subway this morning. I’m sure I’ll make lots of enemies.
I haven’t really had a chance to even look at my legs (boo) but know that I’ll be running around 37 or 38 miles. At first when I signed up for it, it was like NO problem… and now I’m like holy cow, I’m basically going to run that in 30 hours! It will definitely be an experience and I am SO excited for it.
So I will be trying to update the blog as much as possible, but make sure to follow our Twitter handle to stay up-to-date with our adventure!
Congrats to the winner of my Core Power giveaway…
