I haven’t worn toe socks for a REALLY long time. They were kind of the cool thing to wear when I was in H.S. (or maybe I just told myself that). But they were always super tall and brightly colored.
I never really considered wearing toe socks for running. I know a lot of people have had good experiences with Injinji, so when I had the opportunity to try them out, I couldn’t say no.
So I tried my first run with Injinji socks at Ragnar. Yes, yes, I know you aren’t supposed to switch up your gear on race day… but they were just so comfortable that I couldn’t resist.
The thing I love most about these socks is that my toes don’t get nasty blisters because they can’t rub together. Once I start running longer distances, my toes, well… I won’t be winning any beauty awards for them. And they are just as comfortable while running as when you are just lounging in them.
Bottom line? I highly recommend these. They are SO comfortable, affordable and come in fun bright colors! I think they are great to relax in or run in. You can get your own pair at a good handful of retailers, including REI.
Have you tried running in toe socks? What are your favorite pair of socks? I have these one socks that my brother-in-law gave me for Christmas like 8 years ago that are made by Mudd and are striped in funky colors. I am very picky of when I wear these… haha.

I LOVED wearing toe socks as a kid
After my first 1/2 marathon with quarter sized blisters on each of my feet, I tried Injinji and have never gone back!
Lol! I've never tried those! I used to wear some striped ones as a teenager — for fun I guess. Haha. Cool.
So glad to see this review as I JUST ordered a pair Friday! After reading this I'm even more excited to get them!
I've never heard of these socks before, but they sound awesome!!
Have a great Monday xo
Agreed- love these socks. I also saw 2 specials at their online store this month for Pink and Orange socks, super cute : http://www.injinjistore.com
I love these too! So great for preventing blisters. I tried them out at Ragnar and fell in love! Plus, I could keep them on in-between legs and still walk around with flip flops on, haha!
Definitely, plus they were so comfortable!!
