Hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your family. This day gives us an opportunity to appreciate all the things in our lives — big and small — and give thanks for it all. Which is good in practice, but shouldn’t it be something that we practice every day?

I am one who can work on this as I often get so wrapped up in the whole going-to-work-dealing-with-life part of things. There are a bunch of things I am grateful for, including:

…having the opportunity to live out my dream of living in New York City…getting married on the beautiful island of Jamaica…running…being able to run…our lunatic cat, jax…my awesome husband…my wonderful family…being able to travel around the world…snow…chilly days that require sweatshirts…the running community…pumpkin spice lattes…kettlebells [I may be the first to be grateful for these!]…dark-colored nail polish…my amazing friends…oiselle…candy corn…my mac book…Prospect Park…grey’s anatomy…marathons…spending time with my family and friends…the holidays…jeans…hoodies…

…the list seriously goes on and on!
