I have to share this because it is sure to put a smile on your face, even if it is Monday:
We used to have pet geese when I was younger. They hated my mom for some reason. We all had our own flower beds since my parent’s yard is huge and for some reason, they would only destroy hers. And, when she drove into the driveway, they would chase her car. It was really quite bizarre.
My legs are still feeling tired from Saturday’s run, which is what I like to feel! Instead of the usual “five mile recovery run,” I opted for one more rest day and instead did a quick workout:
This literally takes minutes. So if you are having one of those days where you aren’t in the mood to workout but feel like you need to, do something easy like this. It takes a very small part of your day and you feel great for doing it.
