I started the day off strong: 16 ounces before I even left for work. By 3 p.m., I already drank 64 ounces. But then I died out. I think in total, I drank about 75 ounces of water.
However, that does not include water in other things… like in the CLICK Espresso Protein drink I have in the morning or in the Citrucel I drink at night. I did have a Mountain Dew *shame* … so I am not sure if that counts since it probably ruins your health by 1,057 points.
Usually I aim for 64 ounces of water (about half my body weight in water) and can achieve that. I think drinking as much as you can (safely, people have ODed on water before) is important. C isn’t a water person and the only way he can drink it is with some Mio. Try to infuse it with some fruit (i.e., drop a strawberry in a cold glass of water for a refreshing taste). As many of you said, carrying it around with you is the easiest way to meet your goals since it’s so easy to access.
Speaking of water … this morning I woke up to rain. You know I am one of those people that’s convinced I’ll melt in the rain so that’s why I don’t like to run in it really. I forced myself to get up (so proud of this) and knocked out a quick three miles. And of course, as soon as I hit my block to finish, the rain stopped. Typical. But I did get to spend some time with my new BFF Lulu:

…it would be perfect for Christmas. I have a long necklace I want to wear, so I’m curious if I could still wear it with a scoop neck? Otherwise I might have to hit up H&M for something that works with the necklace.
