Sometimes you just need a little sweetness in your life.

…but that doesn’t you need it with an overdose of sugar, right?

That’s where Lil Shuga comes in:

When the folks at Lil Shuga gave me the opportunity to review, I was really excited. After all, I’ve heard lots of great things about Stevia but never had the chance to try it:

Besides tasting good, stevia has no calories, a zero glycemic index (meaning it has no carbs), no artificial ingredients, and no effect on blood sugar. It’s a way to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising your blood sugar levels.

So, if you’re ready for some {healthy} sweetness, you’ve come to the right place.

  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Lil Shuga
  • 2 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 350*. In a mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Then add wet ingredients and stir until mixed. Dollop onto cookie sheet (or one of these, which make the best cookies ever) and bake for 15 minutes.

Cool and enjoy (pair with an apple and you have yourself an awesome afternoon treat!)!
