Can cats get mad at you?
The crazy cat lady in me swears that Apollo was furious with me last night (and C thinks it too). I didn’t get home from work until after 10 (don’t ask) and usually Apollo greets me at the door. Nope. He wouldn’t even look at me when I came in. When I tried to sit next to him on the couch, he jumped off and wouldn’t come back. This morning he’s warmed up a bit but I swear he’s still mad.
Anyways, on to more important stuff.
Like how this summer is all about strength.
I’ve briefly written before about how I want to focus more on just running this summer and get stronger all around. Running is a great workout, don’t get me wrong. But I walk around looking like this:
In coordination with the What’s Beautiful campaign from Under Armour, I started a team — Team Strong. A team that is focused all about building your strength this summer so you can meet your goals.
Sign up here.
I’ll be posting weekly challenges to help us keep on track. This isn’t about who can lift the most weights or hold the longest plank (although a super long plank is in my future, thanks to my ambitious goals). It’s about making yourself stronger and meeting your fitness goals. And of course, having some fun along the way.
Do you think your pets get mad at you?
How are you making yourself stronger this summer?
