After my run this morning, I decided to dedicate some time to abs. One of my goals for this year is to do a 10 minute plank.

 

Apparently I have a long way to go…

Yesterday I was reading a study that found that seven minutes of high-intensity training (HIIT) can make a difference in fat/calorie burn. I used this as a guide for the abdomination workout.
