I think it is so amazing how the running community came together to honor Meg Menzies with #megsmiles yesterday.
I really wish I was able to run in her honor but I loved reading everyone’s posts and seeing all the tweets/Facebook posts! I am sure her family is so appreciative of all of the support and love. I can’t even imagine what her husband and kiddos are going through. 🙁
Earlier this week I found out that I was accepted as a Train Dirty Fitness Ambassador!
Train Dirty Fitness was created by a wonderful woman named Crystal, who went through her own fitness journey — losing 100 pounds in a little over five years. Now she is focused on helping to motivate others in their fitness journey.
As part of TDF, Crystal has some awesome programs… everything from boot camp classes to nutrition programs. The ambassador program offers a way to connect with other people who are living a healthy lifestyle. The best part is that you automatically have a new group of people who know exactly what you are going through.
