So when I saw these socks released by PRO Compression, I really wished that I had a St. Patrick’s Day race on the calendar:

How awesome are they?! I have never run a St. Patrick’s Day race but really want to. Those races are typically held my birthday weekend, which means I sometimes have plans. Next year = Aruba or Costa Rica. I wonder if they have any St. Patrick’s Day races there?

Also, did you get this email this week about Disney’s newest race?

Fun fact: I actually ran the inaugural Disney Princess Half…

…and it’s weird to see how big it has gotten since then. Well, Disney races as a whole. Anyways, this race looks awesome and I love the idea of a Super Hero theme. Plus, since we are in the middle of the country now, traveling to California doesn’t seem as difficult. Pavement Runner has an idea to turn this into a challenge — Disney Adventures by morning, RnR Las Vegas by evening. Now that sounds fun.

Oh, and speaking of upcoming races, are you going to be joining me for the ZOOMA Texas Half in April? If you are, check out my code to save some moola on registration —->

ZOOMA is hosting a fun challenge this month on Instagram/Facebook. You have a chance to win some great prizes so I hope you participate. 🙂

Favorite St. Patrick’s Day race? Are you a runner that dresses in costume?

What’s your Instagram name? I want to follow you! <— that sounds slightly creepy
