This week, I’m excited to feature Kimberly from Sublime Reflection. She is a mother of TEN! Absolutely amazing… she also has an incredible health journey that shows her determination and passion! Enjoy!

1. What do you love about blogging? 
I’m pretty introverted and blogging gives me an opportunity to express myself in ways that I would never do in person.  I’ve made some lifelong friends that I would never have met without the work I do at Sublime Reflection.
 
2. What’s your favorite way to sweat?  
I’m motivated by numbers, so I really love to run and track my pace and distance.  I love to listen to self-improvement podcasts while I run.  It’s time I take just for me and keeps my mind and body healthy.  I always look forward to it!
 
3. What is one mantra that keeps you going?  
Just begin!  Little by little, great things will happen.  This has helped me in every area of my life.  Sometimes we look at the big picture and feel so overwhelmed we do nothing.  Small steps every day quickly add up to amazing progress in every area of life.   
 
4. You have some great info about clean eating! Any recommendations for someone who wants to try eating that way?  
Focus on eating foods as close to their natural form as possible.  If it comes in a bag or box, it’s probably not clean.  Start slow if you need to.  Rather than trying to make a big change all at once or eliminating all your favorite foods, start by adding in the healthy stuff.  Before you know it, some of the unhealthy choices are being crowded out.
 
5. What is your number one tip for people to stay motivated to reach their health/fitness goals?  
Often people get frustrated when they don’t see changes as quickly as they’d like.  It’s important to remember that changes happen from the inside out.  Don’t give up.  Amazing things are happening on the inside that you can’t see, but if you stick with it, you’ll see progress on the outside as well.  I believe that motivation is what gets your started, but commitment is what keeps you going.  It’s helpful to set a minimum exercise goal and commit to yourself that you’ll reach that minimum, no matter what.
