This weekend I successfully accomplished my 17 miler (well, if you want to get specific, 17.5 miler…) and I avoided looking at my marathon training plan for this week as much as possible. I knew that it was going to ramp up quite a bit, given that last week was a “recovery week.” That’s usually a sign that things are about to get real. 

This week’s marathon training plan:

My goal is to get some strength training in here too. Maybe Tuesday/Thursday since those are light days. We’ll see how the week progresses, but in order to not have to buy a PS4, I need that strength training in there!

I have a feeling there will be a lot of early bedtimes this week. 🙂 Along with lots of time in my PRO’s…
