Anyways! I know a lot of people run with music and well, apparently there’s some strong evidence of why it’s a GOOD thing… there seems to be several benefits of running with music. The most important thing to remember though, especially if you are running on the road, is to still be aware of your surroundings. Run with the volume down or with an ear bud out because of course your safety is the most important thing.
