Here are some highlights from the weekend!
I dropped my friends off at the airport bright and early this AM (5 a.m.) so since I was already up, why not go for a run? I knocked out 12… the longest run since Boston. It felt REALLY good, minus the humidity (100% humidity = a lot of sweat)… but my legs were actually happy — I think this was the first time since Boston where they didn’t feel like dead weight.
