I am so bummed because my Fitbit won’t sync with my phone!

I was doing a daily challenge with some friends I found on there and would have ended up in second place, but nope… can’t get it off my Fitbit. So annoying! I’ve tried everything they recommended online and still no good. I’ve heard they have amazing customer service so I hope that’s the case. Have you ever had an issue like this? (I have the Charge!)

Remember a few months ago (or maybe it was already a year ago) when I decided that I was going to go no sugar (added, still can eat natural sugars) and I completely failed at it and fell off? 

Yeah, I’m doing it again. 

Although, this time I’m not doing it as strictly as I did last time. I had 1 gram of sugar in my bread today. Not the end of the world… but what I’m really trying to do is getting rid of this dependence on it. The 3-4 o’clock timeframe is rough… I think I’ve conditioned my body that it’s time for [insert soda or insert candy].

But the one thing that’s seriously helping me? Nuun! I have always drank this stuff after a workout (and now, during my long runs) but now I’ve been using it when I have that want for something sweet. And, it does the trick! Plus it gives me a little boost of caffeine (I’ve been doing the Energy, my favorite) so that my headaches aren’t so bad.
