Ah, happy happy Friday!! It is AMAZING outside and it’s supposed to be really awesome weather this weekend.
I know the rest of the country was sick of listening to Texans complain about the weather. But now you can just hear us bragging about it.
My brain is tired from the week and so I am going to keep it easy… and share this favorite full body workout routine of mine. If you have 15 minutes, you have time to do it. Enjoy!

Do you workout on Fridays or is it your rest day? For the longest time, it was my rest day and it was super hard to break that habit! But now I look forward to an easy run on Friday morning.
