Sometimes life gets crazy (aka this whole week!). Sometimes that means it can be hard to find the time to sit down and eat, especially for lunch. I find that is usually the case when I have a day filled with meetings. Usually my company is pretty good at buying us lunch (woohoo!) when we have a lunch meeting, but sometimes that doesn’t happen. 

For me, going without eating just cannot happen. When I have one of these days, I know that I need to get the calories in – even if it means chowing down between meetings. That’s where Promax comes in.


Promax has its original protein bars (lots of chocolate flavors for you chocolate lovers!) and a newer, lower sugar alternative. I tried both and definitely love the lower sugar flavors much more.

These bars are filled with protein and enough calories to hold me over until I can get a break to actually eat my real lunch (which might be two hours later). I love that they are easy to grab, eat on the go, and are filled with nutrients that my body needs. In addition to protein, they have key vitamins like Vitamin A, C and E, calcium and the oh-so-important iron.
