Is anyone else absolutely shocked that it’s less than 2 days until Christmas!? Where in the world did this month, this year, go? I think part of the reason why I’m not feeling that ready for Christmas is because of our weather:
It’s just not the same if you aren’t at least bundling up in a hoodie and hat as you get ready for the Christmas holiday!
At least I have a lot of Christmas cookies to make it feel like the holidays, which brings me to the point of today’s post… a holiday workout! I know that things are crazy this time of year (traveling, family, presents, everything), so if you have a few minutes to squeeze in a workout, you have to take advantage.
While we would all love to spend an hour a day working out, sometimes that’s not the reality and we are stuck using the time that we are given. So, in honor of that and the 12 days of Christmas… I present to you the 12 sweaty minutes of Christmas. Enjoy 🙂
